My goal is to help you rewrite the narrative around food.

Whatever your goal may be, we’ll tackle it together. This is a team effort. With weekly check-ins, we’ll dive into exactly what needs to be done to get you where you’re going.

Sustainable Changes

I will never tell you not to eat this or that. I won’t cut your calories in half. I won’t even give you a calorie target until we’ve done the work to find the right number for you, specifically.

Human Approach

We’ll take the time to build a foundation with your eating before making big changes. The whole point of this is to make it work for you. And you’re a human, not a number. This is about so much more than calories and macros. This is about empowering you to live big, eat big, and enjoy your life while crushing your goals.

The process:

  • Book a consultation — we’ll spend 60-75 minutes talking about you and your goals. This gives us a chance to get to know each other a little bit and decide if it’s right for you moving forward.

  • Commit — 1-on-1 coaching with me requires a 3-month commitment. Remember, this is about the long game. 12 weeks is the bare minimum amount of time it will take to get you anywhere in health and I want you to understand that from the get-go.

  • App Access — Your membership comes with access to Cronometer Gold App for tracking calories and macros. I’m definitely biased but this app is hands down the best one out there when it comes to tracking food. It’s intuitive, simple to use, and has so much food already in it, you’ll rarely need to add your own.

  • Weekly Check-Ins — your first six check-ins will happen via GoogleMeet. 30 minutes, me and you, getting shit done. Your next six check-ins will alternate between live virtual check-ins and weekly text check-ins. After your first 3 months, you may purchase check-ins in packs of 4, 8, or 12.

  • We’ll start by going over your numbers from the previous week — consistency hitting targets, what worked well for you, and things you may have struggled with. We’ll make adjustments, if necessary, talk food ideas, strategies around tracking, mindset, and whatever else you specifically need more help with.

  • YES! I encourage it. I am here to be your ultimate hype woman. Struggling with mindset one day? Let me know. Don’t know how to track something? I gotcha. Want to share a small victory with me? I can’t wait to hear about it!

  • Short answer: No.

    However, I do believe that the more specific your goal is, the more specific your actions should be in getting there. Tracking helps take out the guesswork. I have clients that track every single calorie they put in their bodies, clients that only track protein, and clients that don’t track at all. I’ll never make you do anything you’re not comfortable with because I believe there is always a way and you know what the best way is for you.
