I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years, with a mix of personal training, group fitness, yoga, and nutrition coaching making up the bulk of my experience. I am a lover of nature, traveling, burritos, and wine.

I used to look at exercise as a way to burn off calories. I used to believe that eating cake made me ‘bad’ and eating broccoli made me ‘good.’ I had to get that hard workout in to earn my pepperoni pizza, cut out all my favorite foods in order to lose weight, or only eat foods deemed ‘clean’ enough.

But how does this relate to you?

Guess what? All of that, is bullsh*t.

I’m here to tell you this — you don’t need to earn your calories, restrict all of your favorite foods, only buy organic, or call yourself good/bad based on your food choices.

You are simply a person eating food. That’s it.

My approach to fitness and nutrition is what I call the Human Approach. I help you find the balance between the best way to get to your goals and the way that’s going to work the best for you.

What we know will work meets what will work inside your life.

Fitness and nutrition don’t have to be all or nothing.

On the fitness side, that looks like finding workouts that you enjoy and getting you to your desired goal in a way that works with your schedule.

On the nutrition side, it looks like adjusting our mindset around food. Educating on how much we need to be eating based on your specific goals and finding ways to include your favorite foods so you can continue to enjoy your life along the way.

Above all, this is the long-haul mentality. I don’t do quick fixes, six-week challenges, or restrictive diets. If you want to change your life, it’s not going to happen overnight. We’re going to put in real work so that you can see real results that last you a lifetime.

Health shouldn’t be a painful and difficult process. I’m here to show you how you can not only enjoy yourself with exercise and healthy eating but empower you with the information you need so you can eventually do it all on your own.
