If you’re wondering where I get my information & products from, below is the list. All of them I’ve had nothing but top notch service from, and use regularly. Despite the fact I live in Australia, I usually get my supplements & Products from America simply becase it’s cheaper with the businesses below, and they have a far bigger range then many of the local places. Switch on your fat burning genes! I’m a huge fan of ‘going primal‘, and Mark Sisson’s approach to health & fitness is in my opinion the most effective and complete. Primal Nutrition is the supplement company Mark has started that sells high quality supplements without the damaging crap most other supplements have. A good place to get clean supplements to support a clean diet.
This is the biggest online fitness website in the world, BodyBuilding sells supplements and small pieces of fitness equipmentand ships internationally, with larger equipment available to be shipped anywhere in the United States. Whether you train martial arts or not, using MMA equipment and pads you can really get some awesome workout routines that really shred fat. Century MMA have a pretty big range and good service, and also stock a lot of fighter & UFC brand clothing aswell.
You can buy just about anything in the world from Amazon. They’re a giant on the internet and a trusted source of goods. A lot of the big supplement and fitness equipment (aswell as shoes, apparel, etc) stores all sell through Amazon. So if it’s hard to find, check Amazon.
Websites & Blogs
I visit these websites regularly as they are packed with not only great information but a active communities of people comment and discussing fitness. Most of these sites are updated regularly and offer some great products and guides.
Mark Sisson’s website is all about finding what works best for your genetic design. His website was so popular that he compiled some of his best information (as well as some new stuff) into world wide best selling book called The Primal Blueprint.
Both the book and the website are top of the range resources to shred fat, be healthy and live longer.
Steve Kamb’s unique website & blog offers a different perspective on fitness and life, with solid tips and info for losing weight, building muscle and embracing an active lifestyle. Check out Steve’s Epic Quest for a list of fitness goals he’s currently aiming to achieve, whilst detailing how he and you can achieve them.
Jason’s blog is packed with muscle building and weightlifting information. When it comes to muscle, he’s the man. Every post is like a gold nuggets of tips for anyone looking to build muscle. He is also known for his best selling book Muscle Gaining Secrets, His muscle Building Recipe book – Renegade Recipe Guide and The Renegade Diet.
Vince’s online muscle building webisode’s (videos) are always a good look into the world of fitness and muscle building. It’s a service you have to pay a small subscription fee for, but there are a few episodes online you can watch for free.
One weakness of mine is fitness magazines. I keep buying and reading them constantly to see what the latest is on fitness of all types, as well as other interesting info. Below are some of the very best in the world today, including my personal favourite – Men’s Fitness.

Although there is focus on relationships, success and health, Men’s Fitness is another excellent magazine that is jam packed mainly with fitness information, workouts and and nutritional information.
The world’s top selling fitness and health magazine is at the top for a reason. Its a solid read packed with information about not just fitness and health but life itself. How to be successful financially, physically and sexually, this magazine really has it all. If you’re a woman, I highly recommend Women’s Health.
Muscle & Fitness is the magazine for guys who want to focus mainly on building muscle and maintaing a ripped physique. It’s no nonsense information is the reason why its one of the best magazines around, and its one of the oldest too, for a good reason - Quality.If you want to build muscle, this is your magazine.
