Why Men’s Fitness is the best magazine out there…
OK, so it’s a bold statement. But seriously, as far as a magazine goes they don’t get much better than Men’s Fitness. The information is solid and factual. The stories and transformations are interesting and give you some real insight behind the person and what they did to achieve their goals. On top of that is the variety of topics within the magazine but still with a main focus on fitness, not spreading everything so thin. More than anything, the information is USEFUL.
Any average guy looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle or even just live healthier, can gain immensely from this magazine. The experts who write the columns and articles are real professionals, practising what they preach. Popular online muscle guru Jason Ferruggia (of Muscle Gaining Secrets) writes columns regularly for hard gainers offering excpetional advice on blasting through those muscle growth plateaus. Men’s Health gives a broad spectrum of fitness advice that anyone can find useful.
Every issue has a day by day fitness program you can follow at the gym, as well as quick tips throughout. More than that, they regularly discuss new activities and sports perfect for getting fit aswell as workouts that can be performed with no gym equipment – keeping everyone covered. These equipment-free workouts are usually themed like “Get fit arond the office”, “Train your muscles outdoors” or “Cardio on the road” for example. Each issue giving some outlook on both muscle growth and fat loss.
Some of the more motivating articles are based on athletes or celebrities living the fitness lifestyle. Usually asking a series of questions revolving arond their lifestyle, training, eating and how they stay in shape with their schedule. Perhaps even more motivational are the transformations loyal readers send in of themselves! These are guys (and girls believe it or not!) who constantly read the magazine, follow the information and tips to change their body and life. Keeping their fitness and health in tip top condition.
