Tony Gregory’s Transformation
Tony Gregory, is a skinny kid from Gahanna Ohio USA, who wanted to get bigger muscles. He hit the weights to grow more muscle, and using tips he found online using Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building E-Book, he made this amazing transformation.
“After having been told I could not run for the next five weeks, my season of cross country had ended. I found great interest again in weight lifting and bulking up. So I did the research and found Vince Del Monte’s name. Like me, he was also a runner and transformed his body dramatically in a short periodof time. I was so inspired and my desire to have a bigger, more muscular body kept me determined to reach my goals. I worked out hard 4 days every week ( 2 upper body, 2 lower body) keeping my sessions shorter than 90 minute, and limited my cardio. I had a massive calorie intake of 4,000-6,000 every day until I reached my goal…(Although I’m still not there quite yet…want to get my weight up to 190-”solid muscle” after Track Season).
Anyway, my strength gains were amazing when I followed Vince’s full-body weight training workout sessions and the changes that took place have given me much more confidence. After this transformation, I have come to realize that I am very interested in a career exercise and nutrition in the future. I am now a part of the 2010 Gahanna Lincoln Track Team (running at 156 pounds, and looking to compete in the 1-mile run).”
